The CATALYSE Program supports your leadership team and educators to confidently plan and implement your first meaningful sustainability project.
Through expert facilitation, hands-on tools, and targeted professional learning, we help your team build knowledge, overcome hesitation, and develop a practical, place-connected project that aligns with EYLF 2.0 and the NQS.

How We Do It

We guide your team through a structured journey delivered over 6 hours of professional learning:
Connect and Contextualise
We start by understanding your service’s unique context, strengths, and sustainability goals—ensuring your project is relevant, achievable, and place-connected.
Build Knowledge and Plan
Your team participates in interactive professional learning focused on the 5 Domains of Sustainability and Project-Based Learning. We then support you to co-design a small catalyst project that is place-connected and EYLF 2.0-aligned.
Reflect and Look Ahead
After you implement your catalyst project, we come together for a facilitated reflection session—celebrating progress, identifying insights, and exploring where to go next. This builds momentum and positions your team for continued success.
