CATALYSE is a strengths-based, team-focused professional learning experience that guides your service to design and deliver a meaningful, achievable sustainability project—aligned with EYLF 2.0, NQS, and your local context.
CATALYSE: Launch Your Sustainability Journey
We help early childhood services turn sustainability intentions into action.
The CATALYSE Program supports your leadership team and educators to confidently plan and implement your first meaningful sustainability project.
Through expert facilitation, hands-on tools, and targeted professional learning, we help your team build knowledge, overcome hesitation, and develop a practical, place-connected project that aligns with EYLF 2.0 and the NQS.
Whether you’re just beginning your sustainability journey or ready to move from planning to practice, CATALYSE provides the launchpad to get started—without the overwhelm.
A practical, empowering process that moves you from idea to action.
We guide your team through a structured journey delivered over 6 hours of professional learning:

We start by understanding your service’s unique context, strengths, and sustainability goals—ensuring your project is relevant, achievable, and place-connected.

Your team participates in interactive professional learning focused on the 5 Domains of Sustainability and Project-Based Learning. We then support you to co-design a small catalyst project that is place-connected and EYLF 2.0-aligned.

After you implement your catalyst project, we come together for a facilitated reflection session—celebrating progress, identifying insights, and exploring where to go next. This builds momentum and positions your team for continued success.
✔️ Building educator confidence through achievable, real-world projects
✔️ Connecting sustainability to curriculum using the EYLF 2.0 as your guide
✔️ Simplifying complex ideas with frameworks and tools that make sense
✔️ Creating momentum that inspires further sustainability learning and action

One small project can spark a culture of sustainability.
When you complete your CATALYSE project, you’re creating more than just a one-time activity—you’re laying the foundation for deep, ongoing transformation.
