Align sustainability work with quality improvement goals and national standards
A structured journey, tailored to your context, with guidance every step of the way.
ENERGISE is a supported professional learning program delivered over 6–9 months. It combines leadership development,
educator training, coaching, and program facilitation.
We take a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach that activates leadership and empowers your whole team.
Together, we co-design a transformative sustainability project that aligns with your service’s unique context and goals.

We begin with your leadership team to build clarity, confidence, and alignment. Together, we explore your service’s sustainability goals and co-design your service-wide project.

Through a series of hands-on workshops and coaching sessions, educators learn how to lead and document sustainability projects using our custom frameworks and tools.

Your team implements the project with children, and families. We continue to guide and coach your team, supporting reflection and celebration of impact.
📝 We begin and end with tailored educator and family surveys, providing baseline and reflective insights that inform planning and highlight growth.
These surveys support evidence-based decision-making and strengthen your documentation for A&R, Quality Improvement Planning, and community engagement.
✔️ Children as collaborators and change-makers, developing agency, voice, and a deep connection to place
✔️ Educators who lead with clarity and confidence, building the skills and mindset to integrate sustainability meaningfully across curriculum and operations
✔️ Families who are engaged and inspired, seeing sustainability reflected in your service’s philosophy, practice, and documentation
✔️ A shared sense of purpose that brings your team together around what matters most—creating a better world for children now and into the future
This work strengthens your Quality Improvement Plan, supports you to demonstrate Exceeding themes, and breathes life into EYLF 2.0's sustainability principle.
Capturing voices through pre- and post-surveys adds depth and clarity to your progress. It empowers leaders and educators to see and celebrate growth while strengthening documentation and family partnerships.

When sustainability becomes core practice, the ripple effects are powerful.
Through one service-wide project, ENERGISE builds momentum for long-term, embedded change.
Your team will:
🌏 Develop a shared language and approach to sustainability
🌏 See increased educator confidence and leadership across the service
🌏 Experience stronger child-centred inquiry, with children shaping and contributing to meaningful action
🌏 Deepen partnerships with families, who witness and contribute to the project’s impact
🌏 Build strong documentation and reflective practice that aligns with EYLF 2.0 and NQS
By the end of the program, sustainability will no longer be an add-on—it will be an integral part of your team’s thinking, pedagogy, and professional identity.
